What we want – qualification:
- social training background with experience in integration work, charitable work or similar.
- Experience in dealing with immigration authorities, knowledge of social and labor law desirable
- High social competence, strong communication skills, flexibility and intercultural understanding – Foreign language skills required
- Confident handling of MS Office and the latest communication tools
- Car driver’s license, vehicle will be provided

- Link between new employees and those responsible for technical and personnel matters at the deployment sites (contact person for regular exchanges on the status of induction, knowledge of possible training requirements)
- Socio-intercultural support to promote integration and create a welcoming culture
- Support for starting a career at the plant
- Support with all issues relating to “arriving” in the professional and social sphere
- Assistance with official and organizational matters (administrative procedures, applications for support services, visa extensions, driver’s license, etc.)
- Personal contact person for everyday matters (shopping, mobile phone, doctor, transport, leisure activities, etc.) – Support in finding suitable accommodation, school or daycare places
