Brown

The workshop was an extremely enriching experience for me. It not only awakened emotions, but also shook me up and made me think. This experience has undoubtedly had a profound impact on me, both in my professional and personal life.

I was particularly impressed by the realization of how powerful the influence of opinions and preconceived ideas can be. The workshop showed me how quickly you can be influenced and carried away by them without consciously realizing it. This awareness of the power of influence has motivated me to think more critically and be more open to different perspectives.

Overall, the workshop was an intense experience that helped me to better understand myself and my way of thinking. I am convinced that these insights will have a significant impact on the rest of my life and I look forward to applying them in my professional and private life.

Blue

The workshop was like a good book. There were highs and lows. One high: I was able to separate myself emotionally – in a different way than expected. A low: I had to admit to myself that these situations REALLY exist in life: Situations you can’t escape from – situations you can’t change – situations that break any goal-oriented attitude or idea. I felt powerless. Creativity, which otherwise helped me out of every situation in life, was worthless in this “game”.

About the workshop

The brown eyes blue eyes workshop is an immersive workshop for managers on the dynamics and effects of discrimination.

The call for an open-minded, conscious and non-discriminatory approach within the company is getting louder and louder. Managers should pave the way, set an example with their attitude and act appropriately in the event of injustice. But when is something a joke, when is someone “sensitive” and when is something discriminatory – and, above all, why?

Through interactive exercises and situational simulations, the workshop introduces the complex dynamics and profound effects of prejudice and discrimination. It will be led by renowned facilitator and diversity and inclusion expert Şeydâ Buurman – Kutsal. Contact us if you would like to embark on this eye-opening journey! We are planning a new edition in 2024. Interested? education@www.welcomesaxony.de
