Yes, you read that right: after the first meetings in 12/2022 and 03/2023, this format for the direct exchange of information has become permanent at the explicit request of the participants and thanks to the tireless efforts of Ulrike Mallschützke from the Bienvenue e. V. integration association. Economic development agencies, job centers and the Federal Employment Agency exchanged ideas with small and medium-sized companies in particular on how the professional interaction of the talents of the many can succeed even better and, above all, sustainably. Family reunification is one of the specific topics for which Ulrike Mallschützke has already created a so-called matching table of jobseekers. On 11.05.2023, we also focused on the aspects of language acquisition and new residence regulations in cooperation with the immigration office as well as the “CULTURE ID” of the LINC personality profile – this can be a real help when working with foreign skilled workers from different cultures.
