Expert exchange of all existing specialist information centers on immigration in Saxony

On the joint initiative of the IQ Network & Economy for a Cosmopolitan Saxony, FIZU stakeholders from six districts and municipalities met for a professional exchange.

The focus of the two-day exchange was on immigration channels, the accelerated skilled worker procedure, changes to the Skilled Workers Immigration Act, the right to residency opportunities, support options for companies, matching between jobseekers and companies and the recognition of foreign academic and professional qualifications.

As a result, a close cooperative partnership was agreed in order to ensure the employees’ level of knowledge is maintained at a high professional level.
