Thanks to the Fachkr\u00e4fte Allianz Dresden. Together with Silicon Saxony e. V., Organic Electronic Saxony and Wirtschaft f\u00fcr ein Weltoffenes Sachsen, we are establishing the “Cosmopolitan Employer”. Together, we have set ourselves the goal of transforming companies into cosmopolitan employers and promoting diversity in Saxony. <\/p>\n\n

Saxony is a colorful and cosmopolitan immigration country and it is of great importance that companies position themselves as pioneers in terms of labor migration. This requires promoting the skills of your employees in dealing with a diverse society and recognizing cultural diversity in the labour market. To this end, we develop appropriate programs that are supported by suitable communication tools and procedures. <\/p>\n\n

Our project aims to support and promote employers in Saxony on the path to cosmopolitanism and internationality. It is based on various measures and activities that promote diversity and integration within and outside the organization. <\/p>\n\n

Our holistic concept aims to create an open-minded employer climate that is characterized by transparency, tolerance and inclusion. This not only strengthens your company’s image, but also leads to a diverse and dynamic workforce that meets the demands of the global economy and society. <\/p>\n\n

An important component of our concept is the training of a “company integration manager” (BIM) in companies. The tasks of a BIM include creating and maintaining an inclusive and integrative working environment for employees from different cultural backgrounds. The training (certificate course) will take place in cooperation with the Dresden Chamber of Industry and Commerce and will include a high practical component as well as case studies from experts from the Immigration Information Center (FIZU) and “Wirtschaft f\u00fcr ein Weltoffenes Sachsen”. <\/p>\n\n
