Furthermore, Saxon authorities must refrain from initiating deportation measures in the case of such persons.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tolerated persons can obtain information and advice on the right of residence from the Saxon Refugee Council.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right of residence for tolerated persons has been in force since December 31, 2022.
